We are located close to the Imperial Palace Doshisha univesity, 15 minutes walk to the golden temple, imperial palace or Nijo castle, also easy access to city center, Arashiama and Gion area.

Our rates are of only Y3.400.00 per person on per night on the private accommodations from Mondays to thurdays.

For Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and National holidays, rates are of Y3.600.00 per person per night.

We also have economical budgeted decent and cozy dormitories available at the rates of Y 2.350.00 per person per night from Mondays to Thurdays and Y2450.00 Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and national holidays.

Prices above are based on one -night stay if you are staying at a minumum of two nights prices would be consecutively Y 1.850.00 and Y1.950 per person per night for dormitories.

Obs.:All of our accommodations are toiletries shared.

Bike rentals are available as well as meal boxes for lunch or dinner, breakast is served upon request.

These houses below in our famous Japan nishijin area Kimono factories are close to 200 years old and some older and have been handed down from genarations who are proud to keep them close to their original estate, at one point in the past, all the clothes and kimonos that dressed the royal family at the imperial Palace of Kyoto were manufactured here.

Some of them are open to visitors free of charge.
